But what else do you need to understand about a Canadian student visa? Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the student visa.
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is required when applying for a study permit in Canada. Applicants are required to attain a minimum score of 6 for IELTS or a minimum score of 7 for the French in the Niveaux de competence linguistique canadiens. If you don’t attain these scores you will not be allowed to study at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada. You will also not be able to get a temporary residence visa.
